1 Qt. Revere Saucepan purchased at Amazon.com Feb 21, 2010 THIS SAUCEPAN WORKS WELL ON THE FLAT SURFACE OF MY ELECTRIC STOVE. THE BOTTOM IS FLAT AND THEREFORE HEATS EVENLY.
IT IS EASY TO CLEAN AND DOES NOT BURN FOOD EASILY. THE PRODUCT WAS AS REPRESENTED AND PICTURED AND I AM HAPPY WITH IT.
Revere 1- Quart Saucepan Nov 04, 2009 This item replaces a similar sized Revere Ware Saucepan. I got one for myself and one for my mother. This little pan is perfect for cooking small portions and heats very evenly and quickly. I picked Amazon to purchase this item because their shipping to Alaska isn't outrageous compared to other vendors. Bon Appetite!

Perfect for Me Apr 27, 2009 A solid one quart sauce pan for boiling eggs. A heavy steel bottom, comfortable handle. It's not copper clad, so it makes for easier cleaning. It should last a lifetime if you take care of it.
Good quality Feb 26, 2009 This sauce pan is of very good quality at a reasonable price. It is well-made and handy to use. It was delivered quickly in perfect condition.
Well built little pan Aug 27, 2008 I've used the copper bottomed Revere saucepans forever (grew up with my mom using them too). They're great for everyday uses that don't require a heavy pan to control the heat precisely, which is nearly everything you use a saucepan for. I only pull out my Calphalon saucepan once in a blue moon. Anyway, after 10+ years I contrived to destroy my 1 quart pan by boiling it dry and forgetting about it for a while. I actually managed to get the copper for peel off. I was just going to get a replacement but saw these Revere 2000 pans and thought I'd give one a try. So far I'm quite happy with it. I haven't tried anything too finicky to see if it performs noticeably different from the copper-bottomed pans, but for the everyday tasks I generally use this pan for (heating a bit of sauce, boiling a few veggies, etc.) it works great and I don't have to worry about the copper discoloring (and then getting shiny again when I spill a bit of tomato sauce or lemon on it).
