 Not as pictures and RUSTED! Nov 10, 2009
I received the knives and they arrived RUSTED in the package. They are also flimsy and very thin. To top it off, the picture shown is NOT the picture of the actual item. The actual knives are SERRATED, not the flat blade that the picture shows. I'm retuning these and buying what the actual picture is for, for the Chicago Cutlery FORUM steak knives.

These are okay steak knives. I use them to fill in when we have more place setting than our better knives can handle.

Rusting steak knives Sep 30, 2007
Good knives but if they aren't dried completely they rust. Make sure if you get them, that you always keep them dry after using them or else you will have little rust spots all over them.

I have this set and for the money it is a great price. Great knives of course have that delicate balance of chromium and carbon. This means rust will occur and therefore you have to wipe the knife from time to time. That's just the way it is unless your willing to pay three to four times the amount of money.

Rust spots Feb 25, 2006
I was very disappointed with these knives because they got rust spots. Upon calling customer service, I was told the knives were not dishwasher safe and should be washed and dried promptly after use.
