Good Smoker Pan Sep 19, 2009 I have been looking for this type of pan for quite awhile. Pan is worth the price. I would recomened it to anyone.
Works great! Sep 18, 2009 I have needed a broiler pan forever now and nobody had them in the store. Lowe's said I had to buy a new stove in order to get one....yeah okay. Anyway, I got this one and although it was kind of expensive for a pan, I needed one and this one works great.

great pan Sep 06, 2009 A very sturdy pan at a great price. I couldn't find one this nice for this price in my local area. Just needs to be soalked a little in warm, soapy water for easy cleaning.
Generic broiler pan Aug 02, 2009 I thought it would be heavier-duty but it's really just a generic replacement broiler pan. Old ones had porcelain coating and so does this model. And it warps just like the old ones too. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was essentially the same as my old pan, which by the way, I have kept rather than discard. I suppose that is a symbol of my uncertainty about which pan I would rather use.

Nonstick, easy to clean? Not really, but there is hope ... Aug 01, 2009 I bought these pans (large and small) to replace my hunk o' junk Nordic Ware broiler. Like many of the other reviews that state this pan is not nonstick or easy to clean, I have had the same issues. It will work OK the first few uses, and then what won't come off of it will start to build up! The pan had a layer of "stuff" that simply would not come off, particularly baked on PAM spray. I finally gave up my many attempts at trying to clean it with everything under the sun including a Brillo pad and said to my husband, "Here, you try cleaning this". Smarty pants broke out the Simple Green and some elbow grease and 20 minutes later it was clean!! So I did not waste $50+! They pans work really great, and I especially like that the top drains off the fat. I do suggest that you get the pan in the sink to soak and clean as soon as possible to reduce how often you need to break out the elbow grease later.
