Revere 3-qt. Covered Saucepan Feb 12, 2009 This is a wonderful line of cookware. They are always my first choice to use when you need to heat soups, sauces, boil vegetables - that kind of thing. Lovely to look at and easy to clean. Some have copper bottoms so you have to lower the heat as to not scorch the food or the pot. There are so many products out there but I keep coming back to this brand. I had the 1-qt. and the 2-qt. pots already but needed the 3-qt. for boiling potatoes. The online service made it easy to order and I received my new pot in about a week. Glad to find what I wanted at Amazon because I couldn't find this brand locally.

Don't buy this saucepan! Jun 16, 2008 This is a very light-weight pan with a lid that doesn't fit. I washed it just out of the box and left it to dry in the rack. Water spots lifted the copper plating from the bottom surface, exposing whatever the next layer of coating is. I then boiled water in it on my glass top range and the pan wobbled across the range top - the bottom surface isn't flat! Burned my hand on all of the steam escaping from under the lid. Revere should be ashamed of this product - manufactured in Indonesia.
