A Terrific Little Grill Nov 02, 2009
We have been grilling with gas for a long time and thought it might be fun to get back to basics and so we bought this grill. My wife has long complained about the lack of true grilled flavor and serious grill marks. And this grill delivers both great tasting and good looking food.
Everything we've tried has been terrific, steaks, pork chops, lamb chops and burgers.
However, when it is time to do a roast or a turkey we'll have to fire up the Weber but otherwise the Lodge is the way to go.

I love this grill! Save the box... Aug 29, 2009
I love this grill...we prefer the taste of charcoal-grilled food over gas-grilled. This grill was pricey, but after several charcoal grills,large and small, higher priced and lower, we finally found the "keeper!" You get a LOT for the money! It cooks lots of food using relatively little charcoal, and since the grill surface is substantial, small pieces of food don't fall through into the fire. We did not order a cover for the grill, and wish we had saved the box for dust-free storage. Or what the heck...order a cover when you order the grill!

Cooks to perfection Dec 09, 2007
I have been using this hibachi grill for 2 years now and it is fantastic. A small amount of charcoal will grill a steak to perfection. By adjusting the air vent you can control the heat nicely. It is worth the price and I would buy this item again!
