 Rain-x Latitude is an excellent product Oct 26, 2009
This is touted as a premium auto accessory product, and it certainly lives up to its billing. These Latitude wiper blades by Rain-x perform impeccably in light, medium or even overwhelmingly heavy rains. Today was the first day I got to try them out in precipitation and it just happened that it was one of those severe Houston squalls that create flooding and hazardous driving conditions. The water was pouring down with blistering raindrops, but the Latitude blades cleared my windshield better than my previous Bosch standard blades by a wide margin. When the rain is very severe, you see noticeable improvement in performance with Latitudes. With medium to light rain, the diference is startling--the window is literally wiped to clear squeaky-dry perfection (albeit, perhaps only for several seconds, before more rain comes down). I cannot comment on Latitude's performance in snowy or icy conditions as my area of the country is not a cold winter region. But if you are looking for high-performance wipers for effective moisture clearance, Rain-x Latitude wipers are the ones you want. Incidentally, installation was a breeze. Taking off my previous passenger-side wiper proved to be the most difficult part. Installing the Latitude wiper blades literally took five seconds for each blade, Driver's and Passenger's sides, they snapped right in with ease. Each Latitude blade comes with three accessory adaptors that you can choose from to fit whichever car or truck you have. Some blade assemblies like mine on my '03 Hyundai (small j-hook) don't even need the adaptors. You have to refer to the Rain-x website first to see which Passenger-side and Driver-side wiper blade sizes you need to order first (the Driver and Passenger side sizes are often different) and which wiper assembly your car or truck uses. The Rain-x website makes it easy to figure this all out.
Best Wiper Blades you can get Aug 29, 2009
First of all, all of the reviewers that gave these a negative review before me are all nuts. I've been using these for around a week or so now, and they are by far the best wiper blades you can buy (if you can really get excited about wiper blades). They are very sturdy, hug the windshield smoothly and evenly, and create a streak-free wipe every time, no matter how hard it rains. I have yet to test these in the winter, but with their frame-less design, I doubt these will under-preform. The only reasons I would believe some people don't like these are because those people are either cheap (These are about double the cost of regular blades, but are definitely worth it) or they don't use the Rain-X Windshield Treatment in addition to these. Like with Rain-X Washer Fluid, even though it doesn't mention this on the bottle, if you don't use the Rain-X Treatment along with it, it will make your windshield even dirtier after using it. It wasn't until I used the Rain-X Treatment along with the Washer Fluid until the product worked like a charm. The Rain-X Windshield Treatment does an awesome job at increasing visibility during showers, so it's a good thing to use anyways. If you're looking to get new blades, these are the best you can get, and will produce much better results than standard wiper blades.

I've had it for 4 months, and at this point, its holding up rather well. Although I see ZERO difference between this "premium" wiper and more the inexpensive ones that I have used in the past.

I have used Bosch blades and have been disapointed. These blades work 10 times better and the price on Amazon was great!

we have tried 10 different blades, none even come close too these super blades, they wipe very well and very quite,you won't even know they are even on.the best set we ever had boughten, will buy again
