 Kinda sad to rave about a small appliance,but..... Nov 21, 2009
This is a great cooker.Lightweight metal cookpot is so easy to lift,clean & store.I've had it with the heavy,slippery stoneware inserts.This has a tiny footprint,holds a lot,so easy to pull out of a cabinet or put in fridge .It IS a tad fast heating,just use lower setting.I've given away my mega sized slowcookers to someone who likes weightlifting!

This slow cooker is multi-functional and so easy to use. I have used the bottom part as a small griddle many times. The cooker can be used for many things and it is so easy to cook with. I love west bend products.

I had a West Bend Slow Cooker for over 20 years before it broke. I thought I was replcing it with one just like it, but the quality of the pot was cheap and very thin metal. It was not the quality of previous West Bend products. I returned it.

I like being able to remove the entire cooking pot to wash it. The versitility of using the pot in the oven is also nice. The pot is not as heavy as the earlier models which I found disappointing.

This is the second West Bend Slow Cooker we have had. We used the first over 15 years and the inside surface became scratched from using the wrong utensils. Nothing else was wrong with it. The size is perfect and it works perfect. I recommend this slow cooker over any others we have used. We cook beef and pork roasts and turkey breasts all the time adding our favorite vegetables. We also use it for many other recipies. We bought one for each of our daughters and they also love using it.
