Outstanding service Dec 21, 2008 If you don't get the correct color, the company will make it right! Prompt service.
Somewhat disappointed Nov 11, 2008 Just installed toilet seat - will keep due to color, but disappointed w/quality. I have a new toilet seat cover that I can't use because the back of the lid is shaped differently and it's too WIDE for the standard toilet seat covers that match the bathroom rugs. I couldn't use the new hardware as the new nuts ran into toilet itself (just used old ones). The seat is not smoothly formed in 2 places, but those are in the back & won't show. There is a visible line on left front of seat (assume two pieces were joined there). The color does match but I wish more choices of the actual seat were offered so you could get a slightly different shape and/or a higher quality.

good color Oct 13, 2008 Color match was very good. Nice selection and easy to use. Customer had indicated that they thought the plastic seat felt a little cheap for the amount that it cost, but they had an oak seat before they received this one.
