 Not for off road May 24, 2009
Overall, this is a great product. The ease of swapping the balls from one to another can't be beat. However, I recommend not using this on an ATV/off-road vehicle. Sand and silt clogs the push button mechanism and if you hit rough terrain (or jumps), the ball may pop off (trust me on this one). Again, for a street application this is a must-have if you have/use multiple trailers.

I needed this product because I have a boat that requires a 2" ball but I also have a hot dog cart that requires a 1" 7/8 ball and it works perfectly to change the different balls at will. I suggest this product.
