Decent Over-door Storage Unit Apr 24, 2008 This product is a reasonably sturdy hanging storage system that is not too hard to install. The construction is vinyl coated wire baskets/shelves and vertical supports. The shelves are strong enough to support canned goods with minimal flexing. The one drawback I found was that the spacing of rungs on the ladder style vertical supports is too close to allow easy insertion of the shelves. I was able to install them but it required some amount of force and twisting. Also, to prevent any movement when the door is opened/closed, the plastic clips for the sides must be installed with screws - not the adhesive pads supplied with the product. I used plastic anchors drilled into the hollow core door. This does mean that the door will have holes if the unit is removed.
