Lifetime Supply Of Suction Cups...At A Bargain Oct 25, 2009
I gotta tell ya, this is the way to buy suction cups. You can't find a whole kitten-caboodle of them like this anywhere but online. I picked up mine at Ace Hardware direct, the same place they come from here, (at the time of this writing anyway). For some reason, suction cups are sold in stores the way fine wine and cordials are offered in restaurants. A little bit at a time, and usually too dam expensive. Its hard to find a package that offers any more than a 3 or 4 at a time, and even harder to find them all in one size in any volume. Most of us in life can get by with that sort of lousy selection being offered in stores. Since suction cups are something that is admittedly very low on any survival kit list.
If however you are someone like me that either owns a lot of things like sun catchers and other paraphernalia for windows, then you know that the meager selections in stores is just unacceptable. Since suction cups are always made of a soft flexible vinyl that is susceptible to the heat and cold it will constantly be exposed to on windows, they inevitably have a life span. They eventually just dry up and continually fall off after a while 'till you finally give up and toss them out. These Adams brand suctions cups are just the right size at 1/34" for just about anything you should have in mind for them. They are made of a crystal clear vinyl that make them completely see through and inconspicuous as possible on a window. (Unlike those horrible frosted and colored ones...Yeeeeech.) And they come with a strong metal hook that is removable.
I highly recommend you buy this lifetime supply of 80 suction cups all at once. You will not only have an ample supply for most likely the rest of your born days, but you will also in the long run be saving a lot of money as well. Highly recommended...
